Processing Time
Order Processing Duration: Orders are generally processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive a separate notification when your order is dispatched.
Potential Delays: Note that processing times may be longer during high-demand periods, promotional events, or due to unexpected circumstances.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping Costs: Shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated Delivery Times: Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Typical delivery times include:
Transit Time: 6 to 8 business days (Monday to Friday). Expect extended times during major holidays.
Total Estimated Delivery: 7 to 10 business days.
International Shipping: Varies by country, but most fall within the 7-10 business day range. Details are provided at checkout.
Order Cutoff Time: 8:00 PM (EST). Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day, which may add one day to the delivery estimate.

Shipping Cost
Free Shipping: All orders within the United States qualify for free shipping, with no minimum purchase required. This policy is subject to change, and updates will be reflected on https://rechargeiq.com and at checkout.
Shipping Restrictions
PO Boxes: In most cases, we cannot ship to PO boxes. Please provide a valid, physical street address for delivery when possible.
APO/FPO Addresses: We do not currently ship to APO/FPO addresses.
Damages and Issues
Damaged Products: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@rechargeiq.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these issues on a case-by-case basis and strive for a satisfactory resolution.
Lost or Stolen Packages: Recharge IQ is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered to the provided address. Upon inquiry, we will provide delivery confirmation, date, tracking details, and carrier information for you to investigate.
